As I walk the path of discovering a deeper sense of who I am, I feel called to engage and hold space for others who are also seeking growth, acceptance, connection, healing, and compassion. My approaches are eclectic, trauma-informed, driven by wonder, and draw from many different mystical, spiritual, and nature-based traditions and cultures, always with humility and open-mindedness to what resonates with you as an individual. I am an educator at heart; in all things, I seek to deepen understanding and empowerment through gentle questioning and shared learning experiences.
